Dragon Ball Games are my favorite fighting games by far. And thanks to Mugen I can go crazy with roster and characters that I enjoy which is good!
Also I love Hyper Dragon Ball Z on Mugen who is absolutely stunning.

Hyper Dragon Ball Z is easily one of the best Dragon Ball games on MUGEN, if not.
it might surpass an actual popular Dragon Ball game.

Tbh I agree with you. These days the "True devoppers" makes clones of the characters by separating transformation and characters which is really stupid... but in HDBZ, they do it smartly, makes REAL differences and mecanics between the forms. I know Dragon Ball Fighter Z have different combos with the clones but that still fells like you play with a clone. And hey, at least in HDBZ you can transform lol

Ultra Street Fighter IV is literally one of the most fun fighting games I've played, and I've played so many of them, it's quite fun. I feel like not many people play anymore, and it's not recognized. As well, watching the games is so fun to watch to this day

Call me a casual but I've never not had fun with the Super Smash Brothers series. From 64 all the way to Ultimate, I can't name a game I didn't enjoy in at least some capacity. As for more "traditional" fighting games... it's a tough call, but I genuinely enjoy Dragon Ball fighters. My first was the very first instalment in the Budokai series, but I think I dropped off around Budokai 3.
