I love FighterZ, and Guilty Gear Strive because not only do the games look extremely pretty, they are also very complex and fun, and all of their characters are very diverse in their own way. I can really respect video games that can do that with such a plentiful amount of characters.

Rivals of Aether has got to be my pick, it fixes a lot of the issues I have with smash as of now, and expands on the platform fighter genre better than any other game I've seen.
