depends on which char..and are you in watch mode..and did you set controles

if you mean the game controls yes but when i play the character it like i have no control over what it does its just moving around and fighting by it self

Most of the characters I downloaded are done so well, it's hard to pick, so I'll hold off on picking a favourite for now. But my favourite fighting game series is King of Fighters.

Yes! FourthRhyme is great! Although I am sad that he has probably the only good Overwatch character in Mugen so far, that being Reaper, yet he's meant to be kind of a joke character.

Okay, first, open the char's cmd, and look for a command like "CPU" or "AI" or something like this. They look similar to this one:

or this one:

in first chase, look for the ai activation sctrl, it looks like this:

[State X, AI activation]
type = VarSet
v = somenumberbetween1and59
value = 1
triggerall = Var(samenumberasabove)=0
trigger1 = command = "AI_1"
trigger2 = command = "AI_2"
trigger3 = command = "AI_3"
trigger4 = command = "AI_4"
trigger5 = command = "AI_5"

and more triggers (sometimes more than 30), so it's not too hard to find, easiest way is searching for the name of the command you found above. if there is none, search in the .cns files in [Statedef -2] and -3. (If there isn't any, read below)

in second chase, look for this:

[State X,helper]
type = Helper
trigger1 = !NumHelper(9999)&&!Var(59)
helpertype = Normal
name = "AI Helper"
stateno = 9998
keyctrl = 1

This is located in either Statedef -1, -2 or -3, search for [Statedef X] in all .cmd- and .cns-files and look for the sctrl within the statedefs
