My favourite Mugen characters are Dragon Claw (Amazingly done character. I just wish his AI didn't rely on the game's difficulty), Kung Fu Man (the MUGEN mascot) and DivineWolf's Kung Fu Girl ("Another kung fu girl" is just too whacky even for ME, and this is coming from someone that usually downloads joke characters.)
