There are some AMAZING X-Men characters that have been created by the fans. Someone named ENDMyInitials created a "Super X-Men: Children Of The Atom" game that was basically a showcase of a whole ton of them, then in future updates he started adding other Marvel characters. His latest build of the game is full of Venom symbiotes with WAY overpowered AI (pretty sure some of them are made up), so I decided to pick up where he left off and throw together a more X-Men-dedicated game, though Spider-Man, the FF, the Heroes for Hire, and a lot of the Avengers have ties to X-Men, so they get to stay too.

Storm is my all-time favorite X-Man, and she has two amazing versions I included in my game. The Nightcrawler from DC vs. Marvel is also a lot of fun to play -- whoever made him really got his powers and personality down. I enjoy the Polaris I found here, too -- she's basically Magneto with a palette-swap of Scarlet Witch sprites (both from AvX), but for some reason the combination works. If I can't have a totally unique Polaris, then this version is really, REALLY cool.

I am hoping someone comes up with a Magik someday, though. The one I have is a palette-swap of Psylocke, and it's pretty terrible, even as a Psylocke. (Hint: If you want Betsy Braddock in your game, grab the InfinityMugenTeam version, she's terrific!!!)
