This is a hard question for me, as i don't "hate" or "dislike" any characters, but if i have to i'd say rohan kishibe from JJBA, hes a cool character, but hes full of himself and it kinda boils my bubbles a bit, he always talks to people like hes better than them in every way. and its not very nice. but despite that, he is a good guy character, so no matter how he talks to people, he never really does anything bad, and his motivations and actions are positive alot of the time.
