Non evil characters you hate/dislike

I'm not sure if this counts but I'm gonna roll with Falke from SFV(yet another reason I have negative feelings towards the game)
From her Gameplay, to her presentation, EVEN her Theme song Falke is just ... If there existed a cure for Insomnia, Falke may be that cure.

I know normies love taking a dump on Ryu, but at least I can have fun times body-bagging scrubs with the dude.
Falke on the other hand seems like a character that's a chore to play as AND against ... & here I thought the series couldn't produce anyone worse than Rufus.
