It has been developing since approximately 2013.
It started as an Earthbound fangame, a game that I really liked... But recently they decided to change the name and turn it into an indie game.

I am looking forward to the new Forza Motorsport game once Microsoft starts giving more information about it. Based on the information we already have, I believe this game looks promising.
