work on a character, brush my teeth, get my water bottle, my phone, and set my alarm to 4:20am for work.
i used to watch shows\movies\etc till I fell asleep.
but then I realized I wasn't getting any kinda of quality sleep. Waking up tired, being tired all day, drinking coffee and actually getting MORE tired.
I got SO tired of being tired that i read about how to get better sleep...and now I don't look at a screen 15-30 mins before bed, use nose strips, and read before falling asleep.
now I wake up actually feeling rested, I got off caffeine(for the most part), and I'm not feeling tired all the time...it's pretty awesome.
I don't sleep
If I am not talking to the homie, I literally sit there and wait for my brain to exhaust itself. Also currently doing a modded playthrough of Fallout 4, so sometimes I play that until I feel sleepy. Other than that, I do regular stuff like brush my teeth and eat dinner and shower and all that jazz.
I played mugen by using GPDWIN3 for a while before sleep.
I set my phone unmuted (because I keep it muted all the time) and put it to do not disturb mode. Then I set alarm clock to 7.30 AM (even if I go to sleep at 2 Am) and go to sleep. I've realized that unmuting my phone for the alarm is useless because the alarm rings even if the phone is muted, but at this point it has become routine for me so I keep doing it. Besides, it's not hurting anything to do it.

at 11:00 I get off Discord and read comic books for an hour
Work out and listen to news/bible.
Shower, brush my theth and mentaly review what i have to do tomorrow.

for my sleep time i sometimes wander on youtube or tiktok for hours and forget to sleep at a proper time, Orrrr if i get home late at night then i have to wash makeup off or shower, or sometimes i will try working on some project and then forget to sleep at a proper time because of that
oh wait and i have to turn the airconditioner on in my bedroom and wait for the room to get cold before i can sleep =^p
Pretty much mundane thing like brushing teeth and drinking milk. But most important think I do is to brought my phone to bed so I can watch youtube or play mobile games until I feel sleepy, otherwise I just stare blankly into my ceiling...

I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don’t smoke, but I occasionally drink. I’m in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning.
Have a snack and watch a bit of tv, brush my teeth, go to sleep.
Climb back into my coffin.
I tend to watch a few videos or do some miscellaneous coding for anything (practice for the future) before I go to sleep.
Check phone watch youtube sometimes listening to music lol even tho I heard it messes up your sleep
