    Default 3D Mortal Kombat Characters

    I'll be making 3D Mortal Kombat Characters for MUGEN :thumbup:

    I'm currently working on Mortal Kombat 4 and Mortal Kombat Deception . I will also make MK9 Characters .. Feel free to give some suggestions and comments for improving the character and all .. If anybody knows how to rip sprites from Mortal Kombat Deception and Mortal Kombat Armageddon do tell :unsure: .. anyhelp would be appreciated ..

    Ripping from 3D games usually isn't easy. If you rip from screenshots you'll have to deal with tons of issues such as backgrounds and lighting fx. So it's better to use a 3D model viewer if one is available. Some might have been made by pc modding communities, you'll have to google it up (try a query on "mortal kombat 3D model viewer").

    I see I'll try looking for one I'm only having problems ripping from MKA and MKD .. the good news is I've successfully ripped sprites from MK4 .. thanks :)

    does anyone know how to code fatality in regular mugen ??? or is there any recent tutorials on how to code one ??? any help would be great ..

    I've already try this code .. but this causes an error .. the fatality code works on every character and I could do the fatality perfectly great but this causes an error when my character is up against other MK characters when my character loses other MK characters can't do their fatalities on my character and my character then revives I regain control and I could beat the other character even though my character was suppose to lose ..

    Updated MK4 Tanya and fix the error where the jump sound and jump fx appear when doing a standing guard and added a air guard .. Download the character now

    bumble_vin is doing amazing job, I like all his new 3D looking chars but I personally target MKX fighters (none atm), if not present there, MK 9 and if not in MK9 - MKA, not older. But this is so much needed for MUGEN to have this newer look than MK3. I wanted to say, for me the cyborg MK9 Cyrax is highest priority from MK fighters, but even the Human would be great to have - as they can use the same code and abilities. And I could help with cleaning sprites for cyborg Cyrax but without the game I would need screen caps preferably on much different and easier to clean background and I can start this rough part of the job.

    MUGEN doesn't have lighting effects afaik? Too bad such feature was not implemented in the engine, to tint fighters darker or lighter, red, blue green etc based on the arena, even if one would use preset types of lighting.

    You could replace the stage textures in mk4 , mka , mkd and mk9 I've done it and it works great .. but the lighting I'm not so sure about that ..
