Silent Hill (PS1) 6th time...10-Stars (Green Hyper Blaster Unlocked)

P.S: after you unlock it, don't overwrite that save with another new one...otherwise you'll lose the green blaster...and you have to make another 10-stars run again...and that...won't be pleasant at all...XD
