It has always confused me that are some games that are given higher age ratings despite not containing enough content to justify those ratings. One of those games was Driv3r (or Driver 3), an open world sandbox similar to GTA. The game has a M for Mature rating (at least in North America) but it has very little content that would considered "mature". Shootouts and car chases/crashes are common in the game, but there is no blood, s3x, profanity, or anything else that normally make a game suitable for mature players. One time I recall coming across an old forum post and people were arguing/debating as to why this game even received a mature rating.
