Well, my vote is Gardevoir. Mega evolution, strong typing, empathetic by their very nature, and personal so there is no one way people imagine Gardevoir. Perfect for housekeeping, battle, anything you want to essentially raise the pokemon for. Can even be male if you're into that, flat or voluptuous, peppy or dark, lewd or innocent.

Just objectively the one-size-fits-all waifu.

If we're talking FE, it's hard... I don't doubt that my favorite is Sonya from Echoes. She's awesome, and I have her at +9 in Heroes from pure luck and about 80 orbs. But Catria and Selena are also really cool....

Anything else though, Lisa Lisa is basically a better Sonya and is from JJBA, so she gets bonus points.

Speedwagon is probably the correct answer, though.
