    Question How to Edit damage of Specials,Ultimates, and abilities

    How would i go about editing the amount of damage a specials does? I know in the Cns file only edits the basic attack damage but not the abilities.

    From what I heard Fighter Factory 3 is one of the best and stable programs to use. It includes Snippets, Sprite/Animation Add, Definition/CNS/Command/Sound. However, the Constant file / Command File would be your best bet in modifying the special abilities of your character within MUGEN. Typically, you would need to add the basic modifiers such as variables for the Special Abilities.

    Im talking bout redoing the damage of a special for a character that's already been made.

    For a character that's already been made? Well, honestly all you really need to do is find the Command/CharacterStates find the name of the Special Move/Ability (not Constants) first and find what the Statedef # is.
