He's also in SVC Chaos: SNK vs Capcom. '96 was where he was the worst, though, since he could do supers without a full meter!

As for games, The Main Event (Arc). A wrestling game from Konami featuring a bunch of knock-off wrestlers. The game is a button-masher and difficult to get the hang of the controls, but I find it fun once you get the hang of it.

Decap Attack (Gen/MD). A 2D platformer that is as spoopy as it is fun. You play a headless mummy named Chuck D. Head as you run through crazy levels collecting power-ups and items to try to bring a bunch of broken-up islands (that happen to resemble a skeleton) back into their proper place. This game did have mediocre popularity when it was released but I think it should be one of those fondly remembered classics of the 16-bit era.
