There are certainly many civilized ones! It's just unfortunate that most of the vocal ones happen to be uncivilized lol. A good vocal civilized (albeit a bit crazy) is Fadel (Gamescage) who I recently started following, hella fun dude to watch if you want everything sonic related and some other things lol.
