At first set the controls up how best itīs for you, I have arrow keys for movement and numbers for ABCXYZ. Fighting game controls may be tricky (DF means down and forward at the same time for example) so if you canīt perform combos, find the cmd file in a certain characterīs folder and replace time numbers with a bigger number. Better temporarily and take photos how it looked like at the beginning so you donīt have it easy forever.

If you don't like the character's default palette, then you can make your own, like I've been doing. Here, use this version of Fighter Factory, you can make palettes with it:https://mugenarchive.com/forums/down...al-virtualltek

Also there is a tricky way to get a simple Player VS Cpu fight. You need to check mugen.cfg if AllowBugMode (if I remember well) is =1 (on) or =0 (off). Then it’s better to select Watch mode so you can move with 1P keys on both sides. Make sure you have a keyboard language so you can use numbers which are under Escape (those above Right Ctrl don’t work). When the game is loading, hold Left Ctrl and make sure you’re holding it until you press 1 during the Ready-Fight sequence. Press the number shortly and then you can stop holding Ctrl. If the loading time of the VS screen is too long, there should be a way to manage it in mugen.cfg too I guess.

i've already tried to find the file and i'm learning the combos in the training facility, also it isn't as easy as i thought, i'm really new to this whole genre and i need a lot of practice.

First, you open up Fighter Factory, then click on Projects. Go to Open and pick a character's def. Once the character loads, go to Advance Palette Editor, this thing right here: Click image for larger version.
