If it's mainly fighting games you're looking for, you need Tekken.

if you're looking for some "Interesting" Characters, why not DIO from Jojo's Bizarre adventure? sure he may look interesting in design, but there's one thing... HE'S GOT A STAND! (A Malformation or Spirit of a Person's Strength, Agility, etc.)

Teleporting's pretty quirky, I guess; so maybe a char that does that?
