What Coding Language Specifically Does Fighter Factory Use?

I’m attempting to learn more coding languages as I go on, and technically while the .CNS requires actual knowledge and muscle memory to be a pro at, I’m not sure if it is an actual coding language I can reference while learning other languages like Python, JavaScript, Unity, C++, or JSON. Much like how you can refer to Latin language to discern other words from different languages could you also use Fighter Factory as a source to learn other coding languages?

Basically the question I’m asking is:
Is the CNS in Fighter Factory a coding language? If so, can it be used to learn other coding languages?

CNS is a feature of Mugen, not Fighter Factory. Fighter Factory is just a utility that assists in editing Mugen characters. You can (and I always have) edit and produce CNS with just a text editor. Anyways!

Basically, it's a "language" in as much that HTML or CSS is a language. It's only useful for Mugen and I'm not sure that it's really worth referencing it for anything.
