revamping the website layout

I feel like this websites layout is not very beginner friendly. So like help me list problems with this website so we can get a revamp or something.

I'll add one: too many words.

"Currently active members" should be in simple numbers, menus should look more approachable with better icons and more pictures than texts. It sometimes hurts my eyes.

How about making a mobile-friendly version of this site because this site is currently not optimized for smart phones (at least for Android anyway, I don't give a Spam about Apple) and that would be like a no-brainer?
