Alpha Richter. Simply because instead of your normal command inputs, his moveset mainly takes inspiration from Castlevania games (particularly from Rondo of Blood and Symphony of the Night). X to use your whip (Holding it lets you do a multi-hit), A to jump and pressing Up and X to use a sub-weapon (which you can cycle through by using Y, B and your stick). To get hearts (which is basically ammo for your sub-weapons) you can either whip the opponent or use Up + Z to summon small and large hearts (small ones give you 1 heart while large ones give you 5) or a cross (which can stun the opponent for a few seconds!) He does have special moves which require command inputs but for the most part, his moveset is pretty basic.
