How to charge

Hi guys im new to Mugen and im wondering how do you charge your bar i recently download this character and whenever i look up how to start charging it always says i should change something in the code i spent over an hour and looking for the code and still dont know how to do it.
the mod i downloaded was Goku ssj Z2

hmm, since you downloaded this specific version of goku, it might not have a charge. I recommend the universal survival goku, has all the transformations, super attacks, and in order to charge (assuming your using a keyboard) you must hold down F+R on your keyboard. Hope this helps!
