"Counter" Characters

I was playing with Thanos by Kaiser Phoenix and he has this counter move that I friggin love. It can counter hits and projectiles. He also has a super that does the same. I was wondering if there was any other characters that do the same? Even if they don't I was trying to think of other characters with counter abilities. Lessard's Shin Ryu kind of does that. Karin, Geese an Rock have cool counters too. I can't think of anyone else.

Wonder Woman by Loganir has a counter move that works against both projectiles and close attacks.

Thanks guys, I forgot Wonder Woman could do that. I didn't even know this Shana existed. She's awesome.

Kasumi and Todo from KOF have special counters and super counters. Yamazaki also has a counter as a special.

Axl Low from Guilty Gear has high and low special counters and Testament has a full body special counter as well.

Yagyu Jubei from Samurai Showdown has a counter.

Karin from Street Fighter has high and low counters.

Black Polnareff from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure has a counter (I think anyone that uses the Anubis stand does).

Ingrid from Capcom Fighting Jam has high and low counters.

Those are the ones that I can remember looking at my select screen.

Forgot Street Fighter III Remy also has a super counter.

Another one: Angel from KOF has a super counter.

The first character that i can think off my head when i hear a counter character is Hakumen from Blazblue.

He had like 7 different moves to counter yer stuff if you include his super and astral.

Pick a Fire Emblem character. Any character (except robin and byleth(?)).

I never played with Hakumen so I didn't know he could do that. Awesome.

Wolfgang Krauser from KOF has a counter as well as Rasetsamaru from Samurai Shodown.

ZETA's Kawakaze has a cool melee/projectile counter as well, I think it actually deflects the projectile if possible, saw it happen with some DBZ character once.
