Characters that need to be updated

What are some characters that NEED an update?
I was thinking Dark Sanders so he could finally be used on Mugen 1.1

I have got a lots, but all I can think now are Orochi Herman, Sancyo&Butti's Kain, CKenni and System ID's Sogetsu, 3ha and Sander 71113's characters, they need to be updated to the latest Mugen

Q-Bee from the vampire series is in dire need of an update or remake, also many of the characters made for the Cyberbots and warzard/red earth series

a lot of touhou characters needs an update since alot was made way back and hasnt been updated

There is a lot of new good looking stuff for make new and better chars ripped from Old and not so old pc games ... The most urgent chars for update will be street fighter V , tekken 7 , soul calibur V and VI ... etc .. I am new here and just start this month in to mugen but I will do my best for make my first char soon...

From the top of my head, Taruse's characters (in particular Vanilla which doesn't work outside winmugen), I wish he didn't retire so early

Any DOS/WinMUGEN/Win+ char that needs to be updated to 1.0/1.1 due to the new state controllers/triggers/parameters (for each sctrl) Elecbyte just added.
In rare cases, there's a trigger named TimeMod that has a replacement that's the % operator (time%insert number here = 0), there's also a replacement for IfElse named Cond for 1.0 & older only for example.

I Might learn more about the 1.0 only triggers/sctrls/parameters to make 1.0 versions of my chars.

@Jansen121 The DOS characters in the first place since 50% have glitches or don´t work.

And Vanilla was fixed by Imperius.
