"Perfect" as in it has every character/stage I'd ever want in a fighting game, or "perfect" as in even if it has a small amount of content, that content is perfectly tempered to have optimal balance and fun among all the characters? I dunno, being able to beat up Hatsune Miku as Bugs Bunny is pretty great just for the idea of the fight itself, but there's nothing quite like fighting someone who knows your character as well as you know theirs and setting up mindgames to try and trip each other up.
