What got you into mugen?

I got into mugen because I really like JoJo's Bizarre adventure and I was look at videos for JoJo:Heritage for the Future and I saw videos with the title mugen and they had more characters than heritage so I got curious.

In the late 2000s, Mugen videos were getting popular on YouTube and I happened to click on a Mugen Gore PPG vs Ami and Yumi from HiHi Puffy Ami Yumi Show fight lol. From then on I was hooked.

I don't remember how I discovered mugen back in 2006 but it was my dream since I was a kid to create a fighting game myself. Especially being able to put everyone I wanted from any fighting game was godsent
