Have you considered adding boss battles of some description for an arcade run? Maybe add Kurama, Madara, Kaguya Otsuksuki and Tobi for example to the roster and have them be significant fights near the end of arcade (like how Kintaro and Goro are for MK)?

If you find a good Konan, I'd also recommend adding her to the roster. Having Pain without her feels weird.
