Definitely joke roster. I never really try and go for an actual roster, just put in whatever character I think would be funny/cool.

Mine are mainly jokes...but I also have a couple of non-joke characters...but they are a joke too because their AI is extremely difficult

actually both, because i play with my friends and we always choose random, by having both serious and joke chars we always create very fun matches and laugh a lot!
