Turn off the A.I.

When I play a certain character in the arcade mode I can't play that Character because it's play automaticly or should I say it's use A.I. but I want that character to be played by me and not the A.I.

if someone know how to turn off the A.I. let me know,please I need help.

That certain character is destiny dio [over heaven].
