Anything else from Mikel8888, ShiruZato (MYTHOS), Entah99, ViniciuSonico, BlackJudai, Planeptune Arte, TrafalgarLawzz, Knightmare, LautyCarp, Salah, SuperNaruto64, ELManic16, Santoryu MUGEN JUS, DanaZodd etc (& Any other interesting JUS mugen authors you should check out because they are ultimately outstanding) are my personal favorites.
Plus some simple edits (Recolors by people with no knowledge at MUGEN char creation, E.G. BenjaPonce1) if it count.

Forgot to mention: Anything else from Shadow Mercer, lemonstream, This Boy, Ismael Perez, Dano, keyberjesus, Tohru Sama, Arcutomory & etc are also my personal favorites.
