ive heard that some of my chars were uploaded to here, so here im(what? why?

you may ask ANY questions about how to make chars so "cheap".

but first id like to tell you that i mostly create "xx only" chars, like "1.1 only" and "win only". the "win only" chars ARE NOT ERROR CHARS, if you encounter an error code called "%.*d%n%d", that IS NOT BUGS, thats one of winmugen only codes, if you remove them, some of functions will lost.

then id like to talk about Arcanist. its NOT SANDBAG. i create chars mostly out of funs, the Arcanist is one of them. its meant to be a "boss char" with only a few but strong elemental moves. i dont know why you said its a null char.
