This is interesting, i am indecisive but i will try.

1. Digimon World DS.
(best Digimon game in my opinion, although i didn't play all of them so, i don't know really, but i think it's awesome, especially considering Data Squad is my favorite season so, it's nice that they have Masaru and some cool Digimon in it)
2. The King of Fighters XI.
(Not counting '94 Rebout, the Saga collections and Neowave, PS2 was probably the best console for KOF games or maybe that's just me, Neo Geo games are cool tho but PS2 games are impressive, especially 02UM and 98UM)
3. Mortal Kombat Deception.
(Best MK game, it has an awesome Konquest and it's a cool game with interesting mysteries. Armageddon was ok, but Deception was better Konquest wide to be honest.)
4. Kagetsu Tohya.
(Sequel to Tsukihime and Tsukihime PLUS-Disc kind of, it's an amazing game with way more characters and some funny stories, Shiki Nanaya and Len are the best!)
5. Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus+R.
(I can't define how fun GG games are, i am so glad i played GG, that's one of the best decisions in my life, such a fun game, a bit difficult, but when you learn to play, you will freaking love it.)

Honorable mentions:
1. The Arcade Killer Instinct games. (both, the first one and the second one)
2. Melty Blood Actress Again. (MB is how i discovered Tsukihime and Kagetsu Tohya after all, it's an amazing game)

5 - destrega:
Fighting game with unique aspects such as 360 degree freedom of movement, characters can attack with psychic powers ala psychic force.

4 - scud race:
racing game with impressive graphics that looks like a early 2000s game instead of your typical 90s 3d game, despite coming in 1996.

3 - tekken 3:
for ps1 standards, the character models have very high geometry (huge improvement) so it's impressive & better than most ps2 games back in the day.

2 - tekken advance:
for a gba game, it's impressive due to how the portable is capable despite weaker hardware. it's a 2d game with 3d perspective via delta/parallax bmp scrolling.

1 - dead or alive 2:
impressive graphics for late 90s/early 2000s standards (especially on dc which looks better than ps2 everyway, it's also best-looking if you put this on 4k/8k tv).

5. Sonic unleashed. First game I ever played, got me into sonic, started watching DBZ due to similarities, got me into anime, Now I love JoJo’s Bizzare Adventure, so for that 69/10 (still like other games better tho)

4. The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD. I love toon link’s whole character, design, personality, you name it 10/10, soundtrack 8/10

3. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. The atmosphere and immersion 10/10, soundtrack 10/10, Characters 10/10, plot 8/10

2. The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s mask. I love how dark and sad this game is, really good characters, deep lore. 10/10 this is my favourite game except for

1. The Legend Of Zelda: Breath of the wild. Holy f*** I absolutely love this game, soundtrack is pretty good during daytime, but at nighttime? 11/10, story is a not really there 6/10, exploration 10/10, so much content in the world, Customisable outfits make exploring the world so much better 10/10 10/10graphics 10/10, I can’t wait to get a PC to play this with shaders, overall how I feel about this game: 20/10
