I think you need a good phone for that.
It lags every now and then, there were times where it super lagged, plus music doesn't work when I play in a stage with music programmed into it.

I also use VSelect to easily add new characters and stages to MUGEN.

I use a Samsung Galaxy Tab A, which is a 32-bit Android device and ExaGear can only run 32-bit Windows apps and games.

I use a keyboard to play MUGEN.
