Yo yo yo. 148, 3 to the 3 to the 6 to the 9, representer of the ABQ, what up biatch!

Hi guys so as a kid I was a fan of MUGEN. And there was this MUGEN game I had that was just THE blast. It had like 100+ stages and a LOT of characters. Abyss, Blackheart, it was basically a marvel vs capcom 2 MUGEN and it even had the theme songs and everything. ı remember the menu music getting stuck and sh*t. But I dont think I downloaded all the stages and chars to make it. I think it was just a MUGEN already packed and loaded. Infact my brother downloaded it to my PC for me to play. I tried to download some screenpacks here but theres this weekend event and sh*t going on so I cant at the moment. Which brings me here. I downloaded 2 MUGEN games, one MVC 2019 3GB, and another one for 1.2 GB. Both of them said something about mugen missing. Error mugen.cfg. They basically wouldnt run but I dont know why and havent stumbled upon any videos about the issue.

Is there a MVC Mugen I can download that you guys know? Or maybe if you had the same error as me in the past, how did you fix it?
