To put it simply, I do not understand the fighting game community and its obsessions with gameplay mechanics, cheap characters, nerfs, etc. There's always people in that community who do things like

Complaining that a character is too OP.

Saying that a character is bad because they were nerfed/buffed

Complaining about hitboxes

Banning certain characters and stages from competitive play

Talking down on others because of their game of choice. Imagine getting bullied by someone because you play Smash Ultimate instead of Melee, for example

And you know what, I just don't give a damn. I don't care if a character is cheap, a joke, overpowered , don't care about hitboxes, and I most definitely do not care about complex or casual, simple gameplay. Why? Because I just want to have fun. I have zero interest in pro tournaments or anything like that.

That's why hardcore DoA/Itagaki fans hate the FGC and why the FGC overlooks DoA as If It was something bad instead of cool;

That's also the main reason why i want to take the fighting genre into another direction;

Being the main reason why Directv CGS tournaments were alot better than eSports bullshit and main reason why i always overlook Tekken;
