I know that some people react to caffeine differently and in some cases, are allergic to it, but seriously, why do some people target just energy drinks and blame them for causing health problems, might as well go after coffee or soda or anything else with caffeine.
Yeah, most of things people tell you will affect you negatively don't do anything to you. It's when people start abusing something, the problems begin.
Hamburgers aren't healthy, but they aren't exactly bad for you. As long as you don't eat 10 of them in one day.
Coca Cola tastes sweet and because it contains sugar, that's why it's easy to get addicted, but one must be careful. Drinking one Coca Cola won't do anything to you. But if you drink approximately 10 of them, you will start feeling bad. Coca Cola has a sweet taste, but depending on what you do, it can have negative effects on health as well. Sometimes, Coca Cola can hurt your teeth, make your stomach hurt etc.
I agree with your post, most of things can be just okay if you don't abuse them. I drank alcohol few times, and i never liked the taste. If i started abusing alcohol, i would lose my memory, become drunk, speak nonsense, hurt someone unconsciously etc.
