I am quite the possibly the only person on this entire planet to have this opinion, but I have NEVER liked works of fiction involving shrink rays or characters being shrunk down to size. One, because its a somewhat cliché trope at this moment. And two, because it can sometimes make me downright uncomfortable, and I'll explain why that is. For long as I can remember, seeing characters being shrunk down never sat well with me, maybe it was because of shrunken characters having chipmunk/helium voices or something else. In addition, when I was in 5th grade (I think), we were given a task to write a paper about what would happen if we got shrunk down. Needless to say, I NEVER wanted to do something like that ever again. What makes this even worse, is that unfortunately, some people have f*tishes for this kind of stuff, and the same thing applies, to a lesser extent, character being made giant, and ESPECIALLY, characters being inflated like a balloon. I've occasionally witnessed stuff this while browsing throughout Deviantart, which is kind of why I use it a last resort when looking for fan-art (I preferably use anime image board sites)

Sorry if I sound crazy for bringing this up. It's just so weird that I can handle seeing guys getting shot, blown up, blood, beatings (depending on the context) in movies, games, and TV, but yet can't watch somebody get shrunk down to size.
