Exactly. When a girl is touching a guy inappropriately, people call it hot and attractive. When a girl r*pes a guy, everyone likes it.
But switch the situations...
When a guy touches girl inappropriately, everyone insults him and calls him negative words. When a guy r*pes a girl, everyone wants him dead.
If Penelope was chasing Pepe 90% of times in Looney Tunes, no one would cancel her and people would find it cute and funny. But since Pepe is the one chasing her, people are disgusted.
But something a lot of people refuse to accept, r*pe and s*xually harassing someone is just not okay, no matter what gender the harasser/rap*st and the victim are, and the "men cannot be r*ped" mindset is not a healthy mindset to have. Women r*pe too, not just men. Unfortunately, the society loves to generalize and attack both genders and make fake stereotypes, instead of living in reality.
It has always bothered me. The definition of r*pe is forcing someone, regardless of gender to have s*x with you, not man forcing woman to have s*x with him, but most of people think of the latter as the definition. It's sad, and it ruins both, men and women's lives. :(

that's remind me of an episode from a classic Scooby-Doo I saw it on TV a long time ago since I was a kid I don't remember the name of it but I remember there was a beautiful blond woman who keep chasing Shaggy around just to kiss him non-stop during some part in the episode she always hide in some places to surprise him and catch him while he tried every time to get away from her .. even though the case about a headless knight that they discover in the end it just a mechanical doll .. I don't know what the purpose of her presence in this episode anyway?
