my secret unpopular opinion: I can't stand FF7 remake. all my friends love it. spoilers.

i just feel like they took the concept of consequence and loss out of a story pretty much entirely based on consequence and loss, and character growth due to that loss.
the fate ghosts were just so out of left field and really brought home the fact that the people making the game don't care about the entire point of the original's story.
Also to me, it really hit me like they changed the story *specifically* so they could milk the remake to 3 volumes and make 3 times the money. Because alot of content of this game is .....well, it just hit me like anime fillers. Why is this being turned into 3 volumes if you just add this stuff? more money for squeenix.

and clouds hair looks all funky. and carbuncles head is way too big. it's all messed up to me. I kind of can't stand it honestly.

But I haven't told my friends that because they love it. haha.

I think having a pet rat wouldn't be such a bad thing to have. they arent very picky, they're quiet, and and i think lying in dirty cloths isn't that bad either. ( a pile of clothes not laying down while wearing them. but that's ok too)

I was always under the impression that most people hated Comic Sans and I was in the minority that didn't.

I think God of War (PS4) is incredibly overrated and very boring compared to the first three main entries in the series. The enemy variety is very lacking and I feel like they didn't take advantage of the huge pantheon of Norse deities and padded the game out in order to cash in on sequels. I also found the gameplay to be very boring compared to the first few games and the story to be incredibly slow-paced. Boring combat with goblins -> linear walk and talk -> rinse and repeat. Nothing felt as dynamic or engaging as the first game and the feeling of epicness is few and far between, save for the boss fights with you know who. And even those got repetitive. It felt like a game like The Last of Us with a God of War skin rather than a true God of War game. I had high hopes for it but was ultimately let down.

- People should be polite, not politically correct. Seriously, political correctness has gone waaaaaayyyyy too far especially ever since last month.
- Not all police are bad. It's qualified immunity, militarization, and unions that make police bad.

Pretty gutsy take here, but:
Phantasy Star>>>>>Final Fantasy

I feel Phantasy Star has a better ratio of the great games in its' series outweighing the bad entries.
Final Fantasy has some great entries, but there's also nonsense weighing the franchise down like XIII, XV, and the most of the FFVII Compilation (except Before Crisis and Crisis Core).

Unpopular opinion: I'd pick XV over X any day of the week. XIII was garbage though.
