Probably just Ehrgeiz. It looked interesting. Too bad we never got a proppor sequel.
Okay, I just looked it up and it has Final Fantasy VII characters in it. Already a crowd pleaser!
Moved to games section!
Fighting Vipers. It has Pepsiman as a playable character!
Gundam SEED Destiny for Game Boy Advance

Sonic Battle for Game Boy Advance
This is probably the Most Obscure Fighting Game someone would ever mention but mine is Flash Bash
Is a Flash Fighting Game with Characters from a Flash Developer (+a Unathorized Ryu)
Dont expect much Quality for a Flash Game of all Things, but it still a very funny and well done one, and i really like the Artstyle used (despite some animations looks cheap)
PD: My Main is Dragon Boy

waku waku 7 is a lot of fun, not enough people play it
JoJo: Heritage for the Future but I guess that's been gaining more players because of the new part hype and the millions of people binging jojo and wanting a game.
Your profile picture is amazing.
Bloody Roar Series was rather underrated.
Nowadays I would not call it obscure but i used to break out a copy of shaqfu whenever i had guests over it was always a good conversation starter.
bloody roar on ps one
I really liked bloody roar, but another game I enjoyed it was called Trap Gunner. It wasn't strictly fighting because it revolved around using traps but you could also melee and shoot people. So I'd call it a puzzle-fighter. Actually Surprised to not see any bloody roar rips. Brawlhalla was another closer to fighting game that I had played within the last 5 years. It's like a rip of smash but moves were dictated by the character and weapon choice. Eventually it felt like it would hurt my wrist playing or that it felt reptitive but I really did enjoy some of the concepts on there. Brawlhalla is probably around still and is free.
Primal Rage.
Do wrestling games count? If so, virtual Pro Wrestling 2 for the n64.
This is late, but YEAH PRIMAL RAGE WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
