Oh, hands down, Hatsune Miku Project Diva Future Tone. Tons of Vocaloid music, varying degrees of difficulty, and loads of costumes to unlock!

Plus, I'm a huge fan of Vocaloid in general.

Dance Dance Revolution Supernova because that is what I had at the arcade closest to me as a kid.

I to this day still say SN 1 and 2 had the best soundtracks.

Hands down, Jubeat, but it's already so rare outside of Japan. In terms of what you could practically play at home with a controller, just Sound Voltex and IIDX.

I really like Groove Coaster, but only iOS version (which IS original, by the way - arcade and console ports/sequels came later).
Other than that, I enjoy Taiko no Tatsujin (especially PSP and Vita entries).

Also I like "story-based" rhythm games like Gitaroo Man and Space Channel 5. They are weird but charming.
