does the character have any pallet act files? either way I would love to make some palettes for this cute little umbreon character! For personal use I mean, unless the original creator and/or you approve of me making them public

The original creator of this particular umbreon is me. ShowBuySpirit made the sd version, I remade it in hd with new moves, effects etc. I will update and optimize palettes on Umbreon after I release my current char, Cammy (65% done), you can wait till then. Actually feel free to make pallettes for the current version, if I like them I'll include some :)
