How did get into fighting games? And what was your first fighting game?

My first ever fighting game was dragon ball budokai tenkachi 3

in 2007 my dad gave me dragon ball budokai tenkachi 3 for my birthday and I fell in love with that game. soon after i started to play other fighting games like street fighter, tekken, mortal kombat and etc.

Street Fighter 2 Turbo at an arcade around 10 years ago. Yeah, really late to the party. But! The influence it had slowly took root and slowly but surely brought me here today.
Ps. I have not played another official fighting game since an MvC Title at an arcade 3 years ago, unless you count emulation, then 4 months ago I played 2nd Impact.
