Black Ops Zombies. The lack of lighting, zombies everywhere, and how powerless you felt at the beginning was a nice recipe that made 6 year old me unsettled and intrigued. I also played Left 4 Dead 2, and even though I only played it twice at that time, The Witch really stood out as the thing that made 6 year old me crap himself the hardest.
