I do wonder this sometimes. Maybe aliens just do live far away or might not like us. I personally hope they aren't as intelligent as us so we can prank them by pretending to be sci-fi aliens and turn the fictional tables on them.

Im of the optimist opinion that there are most likely alien life out there.
But the universe is vast and we are more likely going to die of heat death before we meet any form of intelligent mind because the chance is just that low.

Most people would call this an unpopular opinion, but the only "space aliens" are just more versions of us. All common misconceptions, myths, and other such things that make no sense are just the reality of some other place. So why can't we contact each other? I dunno. It is probably prevented by some natural phenomenon, or maybe time just works in a really bizarre way that I can't wrap my mind around. In any event, we're not going to meet any sci-fi style aliens.

100% on this one, there's definitely life out in the universe, though whether it's looking for us or not is still up for debate, I like to think they are, but just are super far out in the universe.

I don't believe that we are the only ones with life on Earth. What if there are more advanced civilizations on other planets. What if aliens are coming here to see what progress we have made. Keeping things we aren't allowed to see.

Aliens must exist. In this vast universe, it is impossible for the earth to have higher creatures such as humans. There must be similar or higher creatures in other galaxies

Shoot why wouldn't I, even if you're all about being realistic about stuff it never hurt anyone to believe in something as cool as aliens.
You don't even have to believe all the "UFO sightings" and "leaked government documents", understanding that the universe is really big and humans haven't discovered everything and probably will never discover everything should somewhat be "proof" enough that maybe there's things out there that aren't necessarily the most terrestrial things to lay your eyes upon.
Plus cool looking space dudes with giant laser gun-blade cannons for arms duking it out in some undiscovered galaxy is a pretty neat though to have and believe in.

One theory that some scientists have is that the "aliens" are actually humans from other galaxies. I have
to agree that is a strong possibility as well. One thing's for sure, though; even if they are human like us,
they're certainly a lot smarter than we are; they have technology so advanced compared to ours that in
their opinion, it's like we're still living in the Stone Age.
