I believe in extraterrestrial life which is the definition of an "alien" so yeah
I just don't like the connotation that "alien" brings

of course space is vast and practically infinite right we were created by some sort of asteroid too correct? theres gotta be another planet that had the exact same thing happen to it an asteroid containing the building blocks of life itself

The possibility for aliens to exist is definitely there, and the intrigue is far too high for me not to believe it.

I'm ambivalent on the matter. We don't have solid evidence of their existence, but like many others have said, the universe is so vast and while we can infer things through theories, we know so little of what's actually out there. There's a pretty good chance that aliens exist.
