Yes, I believe that we aren't alone, based on one factor, we can't comprehend how big the universe is, so how would we know? We don't yet. So I will stick to my guess and say Yes they exist.

why not. I mean if space is infinite there might be a few more universes that have planets with the conditions this planet has
I don't know, but the universe is gigantic and mysterious

of course as big as the universe is i find it arrogant to assume we have the only planet with life
It depends on what do you expect using the term "Alien".
For Extraterrestrial life ? Sure, given how large the universe is, the probability of having some kind of life form outside earth is likely existent.
For Aliens similar to humans ? Nope. That would need a highly bizarre coincidence of events to happen.
I definitely believe that some of the alien species that are obvously observing life on our planet since the last century, are keeping a record on how the human race is facing the covid-19 pandemic emergency and that will become high school exam material for their next generation to graduate![]()
Of course i know they are real, since child i used to see strange things in the sky very fast and shining things flying.
Like others said the universe is gigantic and we have so many worlds outhere on space for sure there's aliens some were!![]()
Endless posibilities out in space very likely that there are other lifeforms out there.
Only as interdimensional beings, not coming from deep space in our living dimension.
Aliens = Demons = Spirits
I can't take this argument of "size of the universe", because it implies that life is a random event caused by chance, and I absolutelly can't believe this.
Yes, there are aliens because space is very vast and there has to be something else out there.
It'd be a waste of space if they didn't exist
there's more than enough chances for another life to bloom on some other planet, if the universe has so much planets/galaxies/moons/stars that we can't count them using numbers because they are basically infinite, wouldn't that mean infinite chances?, and therefore wouldn't that make an infinite number of planets with life and an equally infinite number of planets without life??
no, I think it's abnormal. But I would like to believe in something childish.
Yes,but not that kind of aliens you see in the movies/games(like Half Life and ET:The Extra Terestial(did i say that wrong?))
I agree with a lot of people here. It's definitely a lot of free space for just one lived-in planet. What the heck are all the other ones for?
First see then believe
