I'm probably cross-handed, but I always referred to myself as an ambidexter. Cross-handed sounds a lot more cooler though so I'll stick with that.
I primarily write with the left hand. When I pour a drink I switch around. Right handed in a couple of sports like baseball.
With me switching around most of the time is why I say I'm an ambidexter.

I'm right-handed.

Due to an injury, I had to learn how to work left-handed as much as possible so that I could heal up. Since then, I've kept the technique because it's drastically better to be able to do my job switch. As a result I can do a considerable number of things left-handed with more far more proficiency than previous. I have no idea how left-handed people aren't all practically ambidextrous, because they've had to do stuff right-handed for their entire life.

Things that are fairly to easy to learn switch:
Punching motions (sawing, cutting forward, throwing underhand)
Swinging motions (batting, using an axe)

Things that are super hard:
Writing (I've tried and it's still rubbish!)
Throwing overhand (throwing a hand-egg is a much different motion from swinging a punch)
