Holy shiz Juu-bei7 and the others, you guys are the real heroes. I'm sorry I lack the know-hows regarding URL cleaning, I can only support you guys by giving kind words. Keep up the good work!

A lot of the remaining files are add-on or patches that I have to test and write a proper description for, and there's still a lot of work ahead
@farhanrizal Thank you! Every bit of support matters at this point. I didn't expect this to garner much attention from anyone.

I have two more links:
http://1st.geocities.jp/chronic_flow/mugen.htm
http://www.geocities.jp/masa19930604/mugen.shana.html
The MUGENite formerly known as StrikeFreedomGirl555 and TheWhiteDevil27
https://astolfo2001.neocities.org/
@StrikeFreedomGirl555 Seems those pages are from Ajishio and nyancha, respectively, and already added to the list (and cleared out)
Appreciate your efforts, though![]()

I think you could get more help / a better help by teaching the "how to" with a short tutorial. Maybe some people would help but they simply don't know where to start. When you don't know how to use search operators, finding tens of missing links from a specific website become really hard. Or when you find it, you forget to do a quick CTRL + F to verify it isn't already on the list. Lack of knowledge / method / instructions. Just my opinion. Now, let me help you a little bit :
- www . geocities.co.jp/SiliconValley-SanJose/8231/go.htm
- www . geocities.jp/gelsha_mugen/m/chars.htm
Those two have some very old works (2000s onset).
I believe I already did post this somewhere, but my way of doing it is to enter the line site:http://www.geocities.jp "mugen" (or geocities.co.jp) in the Google search bar and you will get fairly relevant results (which get less relevant as you advance, with pages related to cars and stuff).
The question that remains is whether any links remain, as I've gone through all 30 pages of results (I thought there were more!?) using this method and believe I scraped everything I could, maybe I could be wrong.
Your links were already added as Yu-giri and Gelsha's websites, but I appreciate the help and concern.
[Banner by kater15]
Oh, I tried to pay attention but at the end I haven't read correctly. I saw "Geisha" instead of "Gelsha", and I didn't see that Yu-giri's url was incomplete, I was looking for "Sanjose". Nevermind... I found about 30 pages too. Let's have a quick calculation : 10 results per page or so 300 links. If we consider geocities.jp was popular during 10 years, we get 30 blogs per year. It seems plausible, does it ? According to what you say, there is no way for you not to found what you're looking for, except if the site you are visiting does not contain the word "mugen". The chances are low, I think you've already done everything (hats off to your work). By the way, do you voluntarily avoid referencing links that have no "important" MUGEN resources (such as tutorial, home made bgm / stages, sites rating ...) ? E.g. :
- sky.geocities.jp/haitakanomori/
- www .geocities.jp/devilgenemugen2010/mugentutorial/installingexcharacters.html
- www .geocities.jp/kofskurukaga/dairi.html3rd.geocities.jp/rorilltan/list1.html
- 3rd.geocities.jp/rorilltan/list1.html
@Hasselbalch Initially the plan was to exclude links that didn't have any downloadable content, but somewhere in between I decided they could be useful (particularly the news sites, as it could be an important resource for obscure characters that aren't here yet) and I could at least back up the webpages using the Internet Archive.
I've got mixed feelings about BGM sites as they aren't necessarily related to Mugen, but for the sake of preservation I'll back them up as well.
I'll add the tutorials as well as this http://sky.geocities.jp/haitakanomori/, thank you!

https://astolfo2001.neocities.org/
@StrikeFreedomGirl555 I've already added and initially struck it out from the list because we have a more recent version of the character, I'm not exactly fond of having a bazillion versions with minor differences. But I think it would be okay to upload the latest version in that page for the sake of preserving and just be done with it![]()

@StrikeFreedomGirl555 I'm afraid you wasted your time, because that one is also in the list (frule)
I'm starting to regret hiding the links in spoiler tags, because it could be easily missed if you don't pay attention.
But at this point though, I think we're good to go on new links (158 in total if you include those tutorial/information websites)

@StrikeFreedomGirl555 Already on the list under those names : Otto, Maitake, Hirst.
@Juu-bei7 Another tutorial (if interested) : www . geocities.jp/supooo_mugen/effect.html
It's about creating effects from the beginning. Most of our english tutorials are about editing existing ones.
@Hasselbalch Thanks, this certainly will be useful. I should probably separate these types of links from the rest of the list. Maybe later today.

So... @Juu-bei7... What we are going to do when the geocities goes down?
