you can retrieve the state number of each move and assign it to a brand new CMD ( I mean: make the CMD from scratch, using some reference like KFM ). Of course you should be able to identify if each state must be activated on air so it must have "triggerall = statetype = A " or on the ground " triggerall = statetype = S " and so on... also if they're supermoves consuming power you should make a "triggerall = power >= (number according to the one from the statedef in CNS)". According to the kind of commands, that's obviously up to you if making the char cheap (ie, press "a" to ultra-omega-fatality move) or not. It's difficult because you have to check each state one by one, but at least you can control it when it's all done.
